HIWIN 新製品RG系列,以滾柱型滾動體取代了鋼珠,為實現超高剛性及負荷能力而設計;更藉由45度的接觸角度的設計,
讓滾柱滾動體在受負荷後,藉由線性接觸面僅僅形成微量的彈性變形,而讓整體線性滑軌達到四方向等高剛性、等高負荷
能力的特性表現。
◎特點 : 高剛性、高負荷承載、高精度、在相同負荷的要求下,相較於滾珠線軌可有較小的體積,可均勻承受高扭力的能力
◎應用: CNC加工機、重切削加工機、CNC磨床、射出成型機、 大型龍門機床
